🎮 How do I install my game? What happens after purchasing?

It's super easy! Once your order is placed, we will contact you immediately via WhatsApp.

We will send you perfectly detailed, step-by-step instructions so you can install your game or load your PS Plus subscription with no hassle. Additionally, further down on this page, you can find video tutorials to guide you through every step.

⭐ PRIMARY ACCOUNT

Ideal for playing with total freedom from your usual profile.

• ✅ Play using your personal user profile (or any other profile on your console).
• ✅ No permanent internet connection required (only needed for the initial download).
• ✅ Trophies and game progress are saved directly to your own account.
• ✅ You can play online (if you have your own PS Plus subscription).

🕹️ SECONDARY ACCOUNT

The most affordable option. It's the same game, but with these conditions:

• ✅ You can only open and play the game from the user profile we provide.
• ✅ Your console must be connected to the internet at all times while playing (PS Plus is not required, just a Wi-Fi or wired connection).
• ✅ You can play online (if the console has PS Plus).

🔄 What does PS5 NATIVE or RETRO mean?

The games we publish for PlayStation 5 are divided into two categories:

• NATIVE: Version optimized exclusively for PS5. You will see the PS5 logo on the menu cover.
• RETRO: PS4 version playable on your PS5 (backward compatibility). You will see the PS4 logo on the menu. It is the exact same game, but it is usually cheaper because of this detail.
